Welcome to the twilight world, Oshanal. A sunless rogue planet, cradled in the heart of an ancient, glittering galaxy. It is never truly dark here, so thick are the stars in the sky. It is never truly cold, though it has no star of its own.

Long ago, a cataclysm nearly destroyed Oshanal, but instead left it stranger than before: full of spirits, titans, and monstrous gods. Full of physics-defying paradox, and cosmic magic. Today, life has mostly gone on. The survivors of the old cataclysm have moved on and settled into their new lives, sheltering from the dangers of the monstrous world below, atop a vast network of hundreds of mountainous, inverted magical spires known as the Hanging Towers.
